Sheenstoneworks is a small independent company run by Jethro Sheen. Jethro himself has trained and worked as a stonemason/carver in Co.Clare, and is now based in Gort, Co Galway, covering both counties and beyond for work purposes. At Sheenstoneworks we specialise in commision pieces such as headstones, fireplaces and ornamental pieces, as well as working in construction on newbuilds and restoration.

Our company creates and designs a diverse range of products, largely influenced by the celtic arts, while at the same time incorporating new and innovative ideas. First and foremost the stock and trade of our business is to supply to the customer a quality handmade product of natural Irish stone, with a guarantee that the client will be receiving a unique piece every time. It is also our business to bring extremely competitive prices, with negotiation possible. So be it a fireplace to warm your home, a headstone to commemorate a loved one, or a piece of furniture/sculpture to enhance your garden, we hope to be able to accomodate you.
